Outreach Engine
A compliance-first outreach platform: source businesses, score their fit, draft the message, and keep a human firmly in the loop before anything sends.
Client — Nocta venture · B2B lead generation
Shown with synthetic companies and conversations — a faithful mock of the tool, not real prospect data.
Cold outreach done badly burns your domain and your reputation. Outreach Engine sources real businesses, scores how well they fit, drafts a tailored opener, and routes everything through compliance gates and a human approval step — a CRM where the busywork is automated but the judgement stays human.

[ THE CHALLENGE ]
Lead generation is either fully manual (slow) or fully automated (spammy, and increasingly illegal under GDPR/PECR). The goal was a middle path: automate sourcing, enrichment, and drafting, but make it structurally impossible to blast un-vetted, non-compliant messages.
How we built it
From signal to shipped.
Source & enrich
Businesses are sourced from open map data and enriched with a capability-gap score — site quality, tech fingerprint, performance — so reps spend time only on genuinely good fits.
Four compliance gates
Every prospect passes recipient-class, jurisdiction, deliverability, and message-compliance gates before it can be contacted. The gates are first-class code, not an afterthought.
Draft, don't blast
An LLM drafts a tailored opener from the enrichment data. It lands in a review queue — a human approves, edits, or kills it. Nothing sends autonomously.
One inbox, one pipeline
Replies are triaged by AI and threaded into a single CRM inbox with a visual pipeline, so the whole motion — from lead to booked call — lives in one place.
What shipped.
Automated sourcing and AI fit-scoring across thousands of businesses.
Four hard compliance gates that make non-compliant sends structurally impossible.
AI-drafted openers with a mandatory human-approval step.
A unified inbox and pipeline with AI reply-triage.
