Maintain the directory
Suppliers are sourced from public registries and open data, then enriched with capability tags and contact details. Every entry is versioned — when a supplier's status changes, the catalog history shows it.
Score against the brief
An AI fit-score runs against every supplier whenever a brief is opened — capability match, capacity, recent activity, geography. The score is grounded in the directory; never guessed.
Draft the first enquiry
The top fit triggers a drafted enquiry — capabilities cited, quantities quoted from the brief, references to past correspondence, no fabrication.
Approve, then send
Drafts land in a queue with the fit-score attached. A reviewer approves or edits before the enquiry goes out. Recipient-class and compliance gates run automatically.
